Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Product
Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and hardware to ensure a successful inspection and refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
